Job Description

Salary: $93,600 - 114,240 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP role design and authorization concepts, including profile management, composite roles, and user administration in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and GRC tools within SAP environments
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business process owners
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, queue-driven setting

• Oversee and manage ServiceNow queues, ensuring prompt triage, assignment, and resolution of ERP-related incidents and service requests in line with SLA targets
• Analyze, document, and sustain SAP role design, including role creation, modification, and compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) across business units
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and convert business needs into SAP role and authorization configurations
