Salary: $209,494 - 209,494 per year Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile implementations.
• Background in SAP S/4HANA deployment or other significant ERP solutions (such as SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday).
• Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery approaches in a structured context.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology along with conventional SAP project phases.
• Experience utilizing scaled Agile frameworks (such as SAFe) and handling inter-team dependencies.
• Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and dispute resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Jira and competent with tools like Confluence, MS Project, or similar applications.
• Prior Scrum Master experience with an ERP initiative or within an SAP Support environment.

• Serve as a servant leader for 1-2 cross-functional Agile teams that include SAP functional, technical, and business members.
• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Promote a culture centered on continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
• Manage the balance between Agile team outputs and traditional Project Management Office processes such as stage gates and deliverables.
• Assist in the integration of waterfall-driven projects, including data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Ensure alignment of team efforts to program increments and release schedules according to hybrid/agile governance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrators, and SAP consultants to uphold a clear and prioritized backlog.
• Facilitate sessions for story refinement and sizing, covering user stories, technical tasks, and SAP-specific enhancements.
• Coordinate dependencies, obstacles, and risks with other SAP streams and legacy systems.
• Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos if employing SAFe or a comparable framework.
• Work alongside Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters to align team deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of Agile metrics and reporting dashboards, including velocity, burndown rates, and team health indicators.
