This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys complexity, values collaboration, and thrives in a dynamic, global environment, someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and bring people along the journey.

  • Annual performance-based bonus (5% target, up to 10% maximum)
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions
  • Generous paid time off
  • Flexible hybrid working pattern

What You’ll Do

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned to business strategy
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact global strategic initiatives
  • Drive change adoption through documentation, training, and stakeholder alignment
  • Deliver internal technology/platform implementations with the centralized tech team
  • Train and onboard teams on new processes to support adoption across regions
  • Manage cross-functional resourcing and capacity for key programs
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics (e.g., global events) as needed
  • Lead additional strategic, ad-hoc initiatives as required
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
  • Partner with Executive Leadership on scope, priorities, and success metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts
  • Provide clear executive-level updates, reporting, and recommendations

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading complex projects in a cross‑functional environment
  • Leadership, influence, and executive stakeholder management
  • A practical, hands‑on approach and delivery mindset
  • Excellent organization and time management; able to juggle competing priorities
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
  • A strategic mindset, with an understanding of how projects create business and financial value
  • Analytical problem-solving and sound decision-making
  • Exposure to technology implementations, product launches, or platform rollouts (an advantage)
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience (an advantage)

We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves and diverse teams drive better results. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
