Cabinet Mezcal Bar is an agave-focused cocktail bar dedicated to celebrating the depth and diversity of Mexican spirits. Our program highlights mezcal, tequila, sotol, and raicilla through thoughtful cocktails, curated flights, and educational experiences.
We strive to create a space where hospitality, culture, and craft intersect—where guests can discover new producers, learn about agave traditions, and enjoy well-executed cocktails in a welcoming neighborhood setting.
Our team is small, passionate, and collaborative, and we take pride in creating memorable experiences for both newcomers and agave enthusiasts.
The Role
We are looking for a Server/Bartender who is passionate about hospitality and excited to work in an agave-driven cocktail bar.
This hybrid role includes crafting cocktails behind the bar and providing attentive service to guests seated at the bar and tables. Because we operate as a tight-knit team (no bussers or barbacks), everyone participates in service steps—from running drinks and food to maintaining the bar and supporting the floor.
This position requires availability to work Friday and Saturday(approximately 8 hours per shift).

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver warm, attentive service to guests at the bar and on the floor
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about cocktails and agave spirits
• Build relationships with our neighborhood clientele and returning guests
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
• Assist the team by running food and drinks during service
• Operate the POS system for orders and payments
Qualifications
• Previous bartending or serving experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Interest or experience with mezcal, tequila, and agave spirits is highly valued
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
