Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• We require an active Secret security clearance.
• We require 6+ years of experience designing and configuring solutions in ServiceNow.
• We require the ability to travel 0-25% on average, depending on client and project needs.
• We require candidates to be based in the Northern Virginia area.
• We prefer ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or similar credentials.
• We prefer experience supporting federal or government clients.
• We prefer experience working in agile delivery settings.
• We prefer experience with workflow mapping, user story development, and end-user documentation.

• We analyze business and technical needs and convert them into development tasks, workflow designs, and ServiceNow solutions.
• We design, configure, and build ServiceNow capabilities, including client scripts and platform settings.
• We translate approved requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
• We perform testing, troubleshooting, and iterative enhancements to verify functionality and resolve defects.
• We document development work, system changes, and updates to preserve accurate records.
• We create user-focused documentation and operating guidance to support adoption and long-term use.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery, status updates, and solution improvements.
