Who are we looking for?

Are you passionate about social media? The Social Media Department of SIDN Digital Thinking is seeking to incorporate a new member into our social media team. If you have over 5 years of demonstrable experience in the comprehensive management of social media accounts across various sectors, we want to hear from you.

What will you do?

• You will work alongside a team of over 20 experts in social media, including individuals with strategic, creative, analytical, and communicative potential.
• You will directly communicate with clients daily, understanding and responding to their needs.
• Design and effectively implement strategies for B2B & B2C companies aimed at growing brands on social channels.
• Generate content for clients’ social media aligned with strategic objectives and tailored to the unique nature of each platform for maximum dissemination.
• Use on-camera skills to create native video content (Shorts, TikTok, Reels) with excellent communication abilities.
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut to apply narrative sequences, hooks, and trends for impact and virality.
• Manage collaborations between brands and influencers, determining campaign briefings and analyzing collaboration success.
• Monthly presentations of social media results will be required.
• Proactively propose digital activations and improvements to increase results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments across various social media platforms.

What do we expect from you?

• Project management skills at the social media level.
• Efficient and proactive communication with clients.
• Native content development and planning writing.
• Analyzing client needs and taking action to address them.
• Ability to create native video content for audiovisual formats.
• Experience in social media project management at a digital marketing agency.
• Technical knowledge of the current social media ecosystem, particularly LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Ability to creatively conceptualize campaigns and brand content.
