Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Business Development Manager specializing in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) to drive strategic growth initiatives. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and enhancing revenue streams across various sectors, including industrial, firearms, and medical. Additional industries may include dental, electronics, and miscellaneous applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Develop and sustain strategic partnerships to foster business growth.
• Drive revenue targets by implementing effective business development strategies.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and operational plans.
• Proactively seek out potential markets and clients to expand the company's footprint.

Target Areas: Industrial, Firearms, Medical, Dental, Electronics, Miscellaneous

Excluded Areas: Automotive, Defense/Aerospace

Qualifications:

• Proven business development experience with MIM components, particularly in industrial, firearms, and/or medical sectors.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote working environment within the United States.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve revenue goals.
