Role: SAP Security & GRC Analyst

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid, 3D Onsite) Fulltime Position

Direct client and Fulltime with Direct client

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Analyst with strong expertise in SOX regulated environments within life sciences, healthcare, or related industries. This role focuses on securing a modern SAP landscape, managing GRC processes, and ensuring compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support SAP security operations in a SOX compliant environment and maintain security baselines.
Configure and manage SAP GRC 12 modules: EAM, ARA, ARM .
Design and maintain SAP authorization objects , roles (single, composite, derived), transaction codes , and Fiori catalogs/apps .
Provide security support for SAP upgrades , including remediation and validation activities.
Monitor and remediate critical risks , perform SOD analysis , and generate SOX audit reports (manual and scheduled).
Analyze logs, audit findings, and patterns to troubleshoot security issues across the SAP landscape.
Support security across SAP platforms including S/4HANA (2020+), GRC, BTP, Datasphere, SAC, MES, Cloud ALM, IBP . Experience with RISE is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong background in SAP security within SOX regulated industries.
Deep hands on experience with SAP GRC 12 (EAM, ARA, ARM).
Proficiency in SAP role design, Fiori security, and authorization troubleshooting.
Experience supporting SAP upgrades and multi system landscapes.
Ability to analyze logs, patterns, and audit results to resolve security issues.
