Staff Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift

Onsite | St. Petersburg, FL

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this hands-on clinical care role.

This position is best suited for LPNs who are experienced in long-term care environments and committed to delivering consistent, patient-centered care during structured evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician directives
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Maintain compliant and accurate documentation of all care activities
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond to patient needs and clinical situations with professionalism
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and organizational standards

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida
• Proven experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home settings (required)
• Strong understanding of patient care processes in inpatient environments
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality care standards
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Stable and consistent employment history

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience in high-volume skilled nursing facilities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff
• Ability to manage multiple patient needs in a structured environment
• Experience maintaining regulatory compliance in long-term care settings

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• No experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments
• Acute care-only backgrounds (ER, Med Surg, hospital-only experience)
• No active Florida LPN license
• Weak documentation or communication skills
• Inability to work effectively in structured inpatient care settings

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $32.00 – $38.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
• Location: Onsite in St. Petersburg, FL
• Schedule: Weekday evening shifts | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Full-time or Part-time available)
