As the Starbucks Manager at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, you’ll oversee daily operations for our on‑property Starbucks location — ensuring guests and locals enjoy the highest standards of service, product quality, and store experience. Located inside one of New Orleans’ premier hotels and steps from the Superdome, this high‑volume operation requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This is a licensed Starbucks store, and you will be employed by Hyatt.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and/or closing duties
• Lead and support the Starbucks team with coaching, training, and ongoing development
• Manage staffing needs including scheduling, payroll, and labor management
• Handle ordering, inventory, and product forecasting to ensure proper stock levels
• Maintain Starbucks brand standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and customer experience
• Drive sales and revenue through effective leadership, product knowledge, and operational excellence
• Serve as the hotel’s representative and liaison with the Starbucks Regional Manager
• Foster a positive team culture focused on service, communication, and consistency
• Ensure all Starbucks and Hyatt policies, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures are followed
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
