The Role:

Role Overview
The Strategic Advisor will work closely with the leadership team to provide high-level insights, market analysis, and business recommendations. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in strategy, business development, and digital media growth who can balance big-picture thinking with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Advise leadership on business strategy, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform decisions.
Support the development of revenue streams, partnerships, and long-term plans.
Provide guidance on brand positioning, content strategy, and digital growth.
Help identify risks and propose strategies for sustainable expansion.
Act as a mentor to leadership, offering structured feedback and direction.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business leadership.
Proven success advising or leading digital brands or eCommerce/media companies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations.
Self-starter, comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
