Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates via phone calls

  • Utilize CRM and ATS tools to track candidate interactions and maintain a comprehensive candidate database

  • Leave detailed notes ("breadcrumbs") within CRM/ATS systems regarding candidate interactions, preferences, and progress

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies

  • Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process

  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers

  • Continuously source and network to identify potential candidates for current and future job openings

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with VPs to assess recruiting efforts.

Experience & Education:

  • Proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated, and resourceful in exceeding sales goals while ensuring excellent candidate hiring experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in making calls and conducting passive recruitment

  • Proficiency in CRM and ATS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Taleo, Greenhouse and we use CEIPAL)

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates with sales experience.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively (American Accent).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting

  • Prior experience in leaving breadcrumbs within CRM/ATS systems is a plus

REQUIRED HOURS & EQUIPMENT

  • Must be available during normal USA Business Hours.

  • Work hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am 6 pm & Fridays 9 am - 1 pm EST.

  • Fast and reliable internet connection with power backups.

  • Noise-canceling headset.

  • No background noise (strict requirement).

  • Job Type: Full-time.

  • Minimum system requirements: 4.0 GHz Quad-Core processor, 16 GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
