The US Director of Medical Affairs (DMA) for Gynecologic Malignancies (Ovarian, Endometrial and Cervical Cancer) holds primary responsibility for the development and execution of regional oncology Medical Affairs strategies and plans for Gynecological Malignancies in the US across indications.- The US DMA for Gynecological Malignancies provides scientific and medical expertise to the US Medical and US Marketing organizations.

Primary activities include, but are not limited to :
  • Develops and executes US Medical Affairs strategy for Gynecologic malignancies
  • Drives creation and facilitation of training materials for the Oncology Medical Affairs team through the appropriate review systems and serves as the medical approver of these materials
  • Designs, updates and gives training both internally and externally in collaboration with the global scientific training and content teams
  • Coordinates, presents at and leads Advisory Boards and other meetings with US Scientific Leaders
  • Engages in scientific exchange with Scientific Leaders to obtain input on disease landscape, current data, and evidence gaps
  • Helps with planning of various aligned activities around major oncology congresses.
  • Supports commercial group for Launch Preparation and Post-launch activities
  • Serves as a member on the Value Evidence sub-team for Gynecologic Cancer internal stakeholders' expectations with timely updates
  • Interacts with internal stakeholders for needs assessment and planning.
  • Leads strategy and interactions with Patient Advocacy Groups
  • Tracks guidelines and regulatory landscape in the US region
  • Review of Investigator Initiated Studies
  • Collaborates and leads interaction with our external collaboration partners with whom we co-develop oncology products.
Education Minimum Requirement :
  • Advanced degree: MD, PhD, PharmD
  • Minimum five years of experience at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company in Oncology, working in medical affairs leading cross functional matrix teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence partners within and across divisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others and to resolve conflicts. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Experience with Gynecologic Cancers and/or immuno-oncology

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$210,400.00 - $331,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
