Job Description

Assistant Launch is a US-based company expanding its operations and actively hiring Executive Assistants from Latin America, the Philippines, and South Africa. This role requires a professional level of fluency in English, as you’ll be working directly with founders and executives in an international business environment.

Over the past 6 years, we’ve placed thousands of Executive Assistants with founders and executives. **What You'll Do**

* Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters.
* Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision
* Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes)
* Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact
* Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation
* Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making
* Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
* Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands)
* Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters.
