Job Description

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support daily receiving and shipping operations. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and product integrity across dry, refrigerated, and frozen environments in Fulton Industrial area.

3rd shift 8PM-Finish. Up to 12 hour shift. Warehouse operates 24hrs per day/ 5 days per week

Composite toe, non-slip shoes required

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, move, and store product using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment (MHE)
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other powered equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Receive inbound shipments: inspect quality, verify quantities, check temperatures and expiration dates, and report discrepancies
• Pull, verify, palletize, and load outbound orders with accuracy across multiple temperature zones
• Document weights, shortages, and damaged product
• Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas
• Use warehouse systems and basic Microsoft Office tools to support daily operations
• Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, and drivers
• Support team operations with additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Ability to read and interpret invoices and shipping documents
• Powered equipment experience (manual/electric pallet jacks) preferred
• Food industry experience preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Availability for emergency or on-call situations preferred

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing, including working at heights up to 60 feet
• Ability to work across dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments
• Ability to use hands, arms, legs, vision, and verbal communication throughout the shift
