We are currently seeking a Z4_Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

1. Enterprise Agile transformation expertise and experience

2. Very good expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

3. Coach agile teams by assessing current agility maturity, support them in continuous improvement

4. Partner with global LACE team for enterprise transformation initiatives

5. Experts know how on ART launch ceremonies, value stream mapping, value stream analysis

6. Leadership coaching skills

7. Coach product owners on agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working

8. Experience setting up CoPs for Agile roles

9. Ability to create agile maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teams
