Required Skills/Competencies


Information security knowledge, especially related to SAP projects in a technical context.
Experience in working with information security areas and in implementing corresponding requirements within a project environment.
Familiarity with IT security standards (e.g. B. ISO 27001, BSI Basic Protection) and their implementation in the SAP context.
Ability to create and review security-relevant documents effectively.


Task Description
1. Project-related bundling of security requirements:
Collect and consolidate all security-related information security (InfoSec) requirements that need to be considered as part of the project.
Creation of a requirements list in close consultation with InfoSec and the project teams.


2. Review of project topics: Alignment of the captured security requirements with the current project topics and work packages from the streams (e.g. B. Project Technic).
Identify security gaps and propose appropriate actions in the project context.


3. Project-oriented collaboration with InfoSec:
Interface function between the project team and the InfoSec area to ensure that all security-relevant requirements are implemented correctly.
Develop and align security concepts, taking into account project-related guidelines and timelines.


4. Creation and review of security documents:
Independent development, review and validation of security-relevant documentation, processes and concepts for the project in collaboration with the project teams.
Ensuring proper implementation and documentation of security measures in the SAP project.
Assist project teams in implementing security-relevant requirements.


5. Coordination of implementation of security topics:
Monitoring and coordinating the implementation of project-related security measures and processes, in particular the measures from the SAP Secure Infrastructure project.
Align with project sponsors, InfoSec, and technical streams to ensure compliance with security objectives.


6. Project-related research and know-how development:
Appropriate, research security-relevant information and technologies in the context of the project and share it with project teams.
Ensure compliance with current standards and industry best practices within project work.
