Job Description

Administrative Assistant – Food Service Department

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Food Service Department. This role will serve as a key communication liaison between management, internal and external clients, vendors, and other departments while supporting daily operations and special projects to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Food Service Department
Coordinate communication between management, vendors, clients, and internal teams
Manage documentation, reports, and administrative processes
Follow up on accounts, projects, and operational tasks
Support departmental projects and daily office operations
Maintain organized records and ensure timely task completion
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within Food Service, financial, or service industries
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Margin Miner, Oracle, Price Point, and SharePoint preferred
Intermediate English communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
