Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex databases, data access methods, validation checks, security, documentation, and statistical processes.
• Review and edit data requirements and documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Monitor data standards and procedures and recommend improvements to maintain consistency and meet evolving business needs.
• Apply data analysis and data modeling techniques to design, enhance, and maintain complex data structures.
• Investigate and resolve significant technical data issues through detailed analysis and root-cause identification.
• Provide work direction and guidance to junior team members to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
• Train team members on data modeling techniques and best practices for database and analytics development.
• Research business objectives and data requirements to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding data discrepancies and resolve data-related issues effectively.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
