Brewr is a boutique coffee bar located in the heart of NoMad, designed to bring a modern NYC specialty coffee experience to one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Positioned just steps from Madison Square Park and surrounded by hotels, offices, and high foot traffic, Brewr blends precision coffee, elevated grab-and-go, and polished hospitality in a clean, design-forward space.

We’re building a coffee program that feels at home alongside the best cafés in Manhattan — thoughtful, fast, and quality-driven.

The Role

We’re looking for hospitality-minded baristas who care deeply about both craft and guest experience.

Brewr is a tight, high-standard environment where every detail matters — from espresso quality to how the bar looks during peak service. This is a great opportunity to work in a polished NoMad café with strong daytime volume and a curated product offering.

Responsibilities

• Execute consistent, high-quality espresso and milk drinks
• Dial in espresso and maintain bar standards daily
• Prepare hot + iced beverages and seasonal specials
• Support a curated grab-and-go program (juices, pastries, bottled drinks)
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-facing bar
• Deliver warm, confident hospitality
• Work efficiently during busy NYC rushes

Ideal Candidate

• NYC café or specialty coffee experience preferred
• Strong espresso fundamentals and workflow awareness
• Clean, fast, and detail-oriented
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced Manhattan environment
• Excited to grow with a new neighborhood coffee concept
