More than three moving violations in the past three years. More than two moving violation in the last 12 months. Any license suspensions in the last 12 months related to moving violations. Open container driver or passenger convictions in the last 3 years in a POV for both Experienced and Student Drivers. Fleeing or evading law enforcement while operating a CMV or while holding a Class A CDL., 3 years if holding CDL, 1 year if not holding CDL. Motor vehicle traffic control violation (other than parking violation) resulting in a fatality. RR Crossing violations in a CMV - 6 months if holding CDL, 3 months if not holding CDL. No Drivers under contract with another carrier. Failed/Refused drug screen in a lifetime. Felonies/Misdemeanor: All other charges will be reviewed. No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years.
