Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Rep to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and assisting our sales team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and reports.
• Handle customers queries accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Utilize office software for data entry and documentation purposes.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage (multilingual/bilingual).
• Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with phone, chat handling procedures is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.

Pay: $27.72 - $34.86 per hour
