🔧 CNC Swiss Machine Operator – 1st Shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shift available!

$24-28/hour | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Operate Citizen L12 and/or L20 Swiss CNC machines
• Run production, deburr parts, and maintain quality standards
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and keep machines running efficiently
• Perform in-process inspections and document results
• Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, OGP, gage pins, and thread gages
• Read blueprints, job travelers, and apply GD&T
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of CNC Swiss operating experience
• Hands-on experience with Citizen L12/L20 machines
• Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills
• Comfortable with precision measuring tools
• Experience in ISO or medical device manufacturing preferred

Work Environment

• Brand-new, well-lit, organized CNC shop
• Extremely clean manufacturing space
• Consistent first-shift schedule in a rapidly expanding facility
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Weekend shift: Friday's 9pm-9am, Saturday's 6pm-6am, Sunday's 3pm-3am

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
