Job Description

Medical Marijuana Clinic is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Email/Chat Support Specialist to provide timely and accurate support to patients and customers through email and live chat platforms. This role focuses on responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and patient inquiries via email and live chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare privacy standards.

Qualifications
