Job Description

Role:  Network Engineer

Location : Houston, TX

Pay Range:  $80,000- $95,000 / year

Benefits:  This position is eligible for   medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security
• Monitor network availability and troubleshoot escalated incidents and service requests
• Configure, install, and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Assist with network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvement projects
• Implement and maintain network security controls and access policies
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and performance optimization
• Document network configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures
• Follow change management standards and collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Qualifications

• Experience in network engineering or infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, security, and wireless technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Industry-recognized networking certification preferred
