Program Managers with Power BI

Remote EST (India)

Duration :12-18 months

We are seeking experienced Program Managers with strong Power BI expertise to support one of our largest clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry, with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements
• Oversee development and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Drive program governance, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and data insights
• Manage cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data modeling)
• Experience working in Pharma or Medical Device domain (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing large-scale, data-driven programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data warehousing / ETL concepts
• Familiarity with tools like SQL, Azure, or other BI platforms
