Seasonal Position: May - September 2026

We are looking to recruit a vigilant Resort Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guest at our pool facility. The Resort Lifeguard is a support position to the Recreation Department. This person must be customer service oriented and be able to provide hotel information as well as assist with recreation rental equipment.

What You'll Do:
  • Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of guest
  • Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger and responding to emergencies
  • Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations or hazards
  • Maintaining order in swimming areas
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all areas including but not limited to pool decks, fitness center, arcade, and outdoor area
  • Assisting with kid-focused activities or special events at the pool
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • CPR/Life Guard Certified; Ability to become certified within 30 days upon hire date (age 15+)
  • Must be available to lift a moderate of weight
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions
  • Ability to push, pull and lift a moderate amount of weight
  • Willing to assist guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
