Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Test Technician to support the testing, validation, and quality assurance of aerospace components and systems. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and instrumentation for mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing
- Execute test procedures according to engineering specifications and standardized protocols
- Record, analyze, and report test data accurately and efficiently
- Assist engineers in developing and refining test methods and procedures
- Troubleshoot test setups, equipment issues, and unit failures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all testing activities
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory tools and equipment
- Document test results and maintain organized records for traceability and audits
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process
