Job Title: Manufacturing Production Test Technician
Location: 106 Roche Drive, Durham, NC 27703

2:00 PM 10:30 PM
(Training on 1st shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM for 4 6 weeks)
Job Summary:
Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing vial-filling machines before shipment. Ensure machines meet quality and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
Electromechanical testing and troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Basic electrical systems knowledge
Experience using multimeter and diagnostic tools
Mechanical and electrical repair experience
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2-year technical degree preferred OR 3 5 years hands-on electromechanical experience
Reliable transportation required
Job Duties:
Perform functional testing on machines
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Install software and update firmware
Repair and calibrate equipment
Document testing results and repairs
Follow safety and quality procedures
Additional Requirements:
Background check required before start
Steel-toe safety shoes required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Drug screening not required
