As a Wendy’s Crew Member, you play a key role in supporting the restaurant’s daily operations under the leadership of the General Manager and the management team. You help create a great experience for every guest by delivering fresh food, friendly service, and living Dave’s Legacy every day.

You are often the first face our guests see, and your energy, attitude, and commitment help make Wendy’s a place people want to return to.

What We’re Looking For

We want Crew Members who:

• Enjoy working with people and bring a positive, friendly attitude to every shift

• Lead by example with punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic

• Follow uniform and appearance standards with pride

• Thrive in a team environment and help others succeed

• Smile easily and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere

• Take ownership of keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest ready

• Stay calm under pressure and help guide the team through busy rushes

• Support training, coaching, and daily operations with professionalism

What You’ll Do

• Support the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts.

• Learn and follow Wendy’s standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service — every guest, every time.

• Work as part of a 5‑Star team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things the right way.

• Help train new team members by showing them how to “Delight Every Customer.”

• Follow direction from Shift Managers and the General Manager and help make each shift better than the last.

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and fun work environment.

• Contribute to the restaurant’s success by helping drive great service, great food, and great guest satisfaction.

Why Join Us

At Divine Bliss Management, we believe people come first. We invest in our teams, promote from within, and create an environment where you can grow your career while making a real impact every day.

If you love hospitality, enjoy working with a smile, and want to be part of a supportive, high energy team, we’d love to meet you.

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliability — your team counts on you.

• Basic understanding of food safety (we’ll train you).

• Flexible availability.

Physical Requirements

You’re willing and able to:

  • Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
  • Stand for long periods, bend and kneel and be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
  • Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
  • Wear a headset and understand restaurant equipment from a grill to registers and computers.
  • We get it. We get you.

Who We Are

  • We get it — and we get you.
  • We are a proud equal opportunity employer - that means all races, religions, nationalities, genders and the LGBTQ+ community are welcome. We provide reasonable accommodations in order to enable people with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs.
  • At Wendy’s, you’re part of a family — and we’re excited to have you grow with us.

The Wendy’s Story
First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person. And a pretty special one, being the daughter of our founder Dave Thomas. Today, she is one of the most involved and successful franchise owners in the Wendy’s enterprise. We think Dave would be proud. Back in 1969, he looked around at all other hamburger joints and was like, “Nah. People deserve better.” At the time, other quick-service restaurants were using frozen beef and mass-producing food. Not Dave. His approach of serving fresh, made-to-order hamburgers changed the game. And his can’t-stop-won’t-stop commitment to making customers happy drives everything we do today.
