The Law Firm of Erickson Webb Scolton & Hajdu is seeking to hire a Secretary/Assistant who can support our firm in various practice groups. The secretary/assistant will work directly with attorneys and legal staff to prepare and file legal documents, communicate with clients, maintain and update office calendars for meetings and court appointments, and receive telephone calls/messages as required, along with other general office duties and procedures.Required Skills:
Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Accurate organizational, typing and transcription skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Competent data entry skills required for computer applications used for calendaring, billing, etc. Pay rate $16-$18/hour depending on experience.
